I have been a member of a local gym for the past 6 years and attend group classes 5-6 times a week. In this time my body shape has changed dramatically, however during the last year I was becoming unmotivated and I started to put on weight again.I decided that I needed someone to bring the excitement back into my workouts and a ‘refresher’ about what I wanted to achieve out of my visits to the gym. I began Hien’s City to Bay Training and within the first week my excitement about exercise had returned! My original goal was to complete the 6km run, I completed the 12km run in just over an hour!
After completing the ‘City to Bay’ training and 2 months of training sessions with Hien, my fitness level has improved dramatically! Hien has given me the motivation and encouragement to push myself that little bit harder to achieve my desired goals. Each session is unique, challenging and most importantly, fun! Hien’s training is not a ‘one off’ session; it’s a training program for the week/month/year. He sets realistic goals for each session and sets goals for the week. I look forward to my workout and the homework he sets each week. It gives me achievable goals both short term and long term.
Hien knows what I am capable of and what I want to achieve. He pushes and encourages me to reach my goals. I have found Hien to be very professional and personable. Hien’s energy, attitude, extensive knowledge and his ability to understand his client’s needs make him a great personal trainer!
Hien’s sessions introduced me to the missing elements in my fitness. His whole-person approach to exercise enabled me to take my fitness to the next level. My motivation has returned and I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been!
